    The system of eight practices first guides members through a process of caring for themselves and their worlds, collaborating with others to make sense of the challenges they face in their life, faith, and communities. and then creating new life with their community in a mutually formative process.

Our 6 months of Formation Certification are based on the length of time it takes to train, experience, grow in, and become adept at practicing The Formation Method and System in your own life and organization, and being equipped to serve others as well.

    We guide you through weekly modules with videos and workbooks, and biweekly group sessions that challenge and support your growth as a leader and prepare you to grow your teams and organizations.
