MEREDITH PARTIDA

Meredith has a passion for people, operations, and developing healthy leaders. She currently is working as the Director of Certification for Formation Community, Inc. and is helping build and grow the brand. Meredith desires to create healthy work environments by guiding the middle managers to be healthier leaders through The Formation Method.

Meredith’s experience ranges from her time helping plant Rockharbor Fullerton church, to living in India designing for a non-profit Purpose Jewelry/International Sanctuary, retail, and then working with FLDWRK. In each of these positions, Meredith has stepped in and helped take a start-up organization and help it grow through establishing operations. Then moves into creating effective teams resulting in growth, productivity, and belonging.

Meredith resides on the border of LA and Orange County with her husband, son, and dog. In her spare time, she makes and sells jewelry on Wildflower Roots Instagram. She loves to travel and explore new places whether that is finding a nearby downtown to walk around or traveling out of state to visit friends and family.
